Flat Top Stoves 

Regarding Flat Top Stoves

Please reference your manual if you have a flat top stove. It will tell you what pots and pans you can use.

Here are a few highlights:

Recommended:

• Stainless Steel
• Aluminum
• Copper Bottom
• Enamel (painted) on Cast Iron

Avoid/Not Recommended:

• Enamel (painted) on Steel
• Glass-ceramic
• Stoneware
• Cast Iron

Pans with rounded, curved, ridged or warped bottoms are not recommended.

Do not place wet pans on the glass cooktop. They may stick to the surface when cool. Any damage will be your responsibility.
